The infrared sauna is developed by the Japanese GP Tadashi Ishikawa with the intent to make thermal therapies as much effective and affordable for everybody as possible.
In a usual sauna heat transfer to a human’s body is made through the air which is heated by the stones in one or another way that makes it hot at most and may be a contraindication for individuals who suffer from cardiovascular diseases. A wave effect of warmth transfer in an infrared sauna enables us to warm an individual’s body in a way that the deepest parts are covered unlike in a usual sauna and at the same time the air around is not heated to an extreme temperature, which turns an Infrared Sauna into a safe thermal therapy. The temperature mode inside an infrared sauna is up to 65 C.
Grounds and effect:
Therapeutic effect of an infrared sauna will be stronger together with other SPA therapies of the ‘Isloch – Park’ health and recreation center.
